It's 'dirty bird'. When the people actually self-govern, instead of totally rely on the corporation providing governmental services, then we may have a chance to 'be great'. Don't expect the 'system' to correct itself.
Oh, heck no! One more thing for 'government' to corrupt. Teach it yourself, don't rely on others for stuff like that.
