This Terms of Use (“Agreement”) is an agreement between TravelingIdiots.info (“TII”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) and the end user (“User”, “you”, “your”). This Agreement only applies to your use of this website at travelingidiots.info (“Site”).
By using any part of our Site, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement then do not use our Site.
1. Ownership
TII reserves all rights and ownership of all our content on our Site. Any Member content shown on this site belongs to said Member. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our available content, modified or unmodified.
All memes posted probably belong to someone (the ones we make belong to TII), and are used here in the spirit that memes are used (let us know if we need to remove something).
TII staff may, from time to time, use public domain clipart (i.e. from clker.com) in creating memes, etc.
2. Logos & Trademarks
All third party logos, registered trademarks and trademarks, brand names, or product names belong to their respective holders.
3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TII, any and all administrators, managers, employees and agents (“Agents”), harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our Site.
4. Return/Refund Policy
All fees paid to TII are non-refundable. Fees paid to whatever stores we may send you to are subject to those particular store’s terms.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the maximum, cumulative liability of TII relating in any manner to this Agreement, regardless of the type or nature of the claim(s), exceed the amounts paid to TII by User for any products or services.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the Common Law. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any lawful proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively in a Common Law Court of Record located on Wichita, Kansas, America.
8. Definitions
All words or phrases not specifically defined on this Site are otherwise defined as the authors understand and comprehend them.
9. Disclaimer
All information on this site is intended for entertainment and educational purposes, and Lawful Notice. Neither TII nor any of its Agents are licensed attorneys or the officers of any court. TII and its Agents do not accept any liability for any use or misuse of the information provided on this site or from any information contained within any document, web page, audio, video or any other media source that is herein linked to.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and without notice.
